It’s easy to look at a company or a person and immediately categorize them according to the image you have of them based on what little, inaccurate, or incorrect information you have.

Are you going to judge an entire corporation based on your experience with one hiring manager?  Are you going to assume an individual is who they are based solely on an image?

Bonus Challenge: For one day, greet three different people by asking, “How are you?” and wait for their answer.  Really listen to them and don’t settle for a one word answer.
